What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate reservations, scheduling requests, and confirmations
  • Communicate with clients to gather details and provide timely updates
  • Review booking information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor schedules and track any changes or adjustments
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records within digital systems
  • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure all details are finalized
  • Support overall workflow to keep processes efficient and on track
