Maintain and analyze standard costs (materials, labor, overhead); perform month-end close; investigate manufacturing variances; support inventory valuation and cycle counts; prepare cost analyses; assist budgets/forecasts. Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years experience (manufacturing required); ERP and strong Excel skills. On-site; local or willing to relocate within Iowa (no relocation assistance).
