What You'll Do:

• Lead with Excellence: Supervise and mentor all shift employees, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Coordinate Daily Operations: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Manage Resources: Collaborate with Operators to handle all raw materials and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Quality Assurance: Evaluate products to guarantee they meet all quality specifications and standards.
• Safety First: Implement and enforce robust safety and regulatory programs to maintain a safe working environment.
• Performance Management: Monitor daily performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met.
• Production Planning: Work closely with Production and Process Managers to complete weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate equipment repairs with the maintenance team.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company, state, and federal policies and regulations.

What Were Looking For:

• Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
