Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Innovation: Lead the conceptualization and design of new product platforms, using both existing and emerging technologies to create market-leading solutions.
  • Engineering Analysis: Apply advanced mechanical engineering techniques to enhance product functionality, performance, and manufacturability while reducing costs.
  • Project Leadership: Manage and support various projects, ensuring alignment with both customer expectations and our strategic product line goals.
  • Collaboration: Engage with internal teams and customers to capture crucial project elements, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

What We Need from You:

  • Proven Experience: Solid background in mechanical and electrical engineering, including hands-on experience with Creo/Windchill, Inertial Calculations, Tolerance Analysis, and more.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of engineering software, GD&T, reliability levels, and both DFMEA and PFMEA processes.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to generate novel ideas and translate them into practical, manufacturable designs that align with strategic business goals.

Education & Qualifications:

  • A comprehensive grasp of engineering principles, detailed mechanical analysis, and project management within a technology-driven environment.
