Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are on schedule, on budget, and meet all project specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate and lead project teams to execute site designs, including drainage systems, residential, and commercial projects.
• Conduct site visits to gather essential data and ensure the implementation of designs is aligned with client needs.
• Prepare detailed reports for internal reviews and provide regular updates to clients on project status.
• Develop and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing the companys expertise and capabilities.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven site design experience.
• Strong project management background with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in commercial, residential, and drainage systems projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
