The role

At Foresight Health, we’re building an AI-native healthcare provider to eliminate suffering from preventable conditions.

We believe the US healthcare system is fundamentally broken. Instead of bolting on AI tooling to existing providers, we aim to architect an alternative that fully utilizes AI capabilities for prevention, early diagnosis, and personalized care.

Alongside our top 1% clinical team, we're building Emi: the first end-to-end, autonomous agent capable of delivering reimbursable clinical care and administration.

In the past three months, we've partnered with 11 neurology and endocrinology clinics across 5 states to deploy Emi-powered care to over 5,000 Medicare patients at full capacity. We've also stood up the legal infrastructure to operate compliantly in all 50 states.

What you'll do

• Work directly with the CEO to build the core clinical platform and agents from scratch.

• Extreme independence and ownership of product direction.

• Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.

Compensation & terms

• Base salary: $180K - $300K
• Equity: 1-2.5%
• Workplace: On-site in San Francisco
• Visa: Available (Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.)
• Years of experience: 3 - 6 years
