Inland Planning Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective Fleet utilization to optimize delivery schedules and maximize overall operations efficiency.
• Coordinate with Trucking vendors and various Departments within TM to confirm trucks availability and discuss daily trucking orders.
• Accept and receive daily trucking orders and maintain accurate records of transportation activities.
• Provide selling rates internally to TM Sales Team.
• Work diligently to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with customer service teams to guarantee the fulfillment of customer requirements and expectations, and to resolve any issues related to trucking operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in trucking or transportation planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with different departments.
