What you'll do:
As a Senior Sales Infrastructure Solutions you will be responsible for generating new business for IT Infrastructure division by closing high-value deals, building strong client relationships and achieving targets.
Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, offers, and presentations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual conditions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and secure signed agreements
- Maintain a professional and timely approach to proposals, meetings, and deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, bidding, marketing, delivery, legal) to create competitive and compliant offers
- Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning processes
New Business Development & Pipeline Management
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through direct outreach, inbound requests, and marketing-generated campaigns
- Build and maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline across all sales stages
- Track and update deal progress in the companys CRM system
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle from first contact to contract signature and client onboarding
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Establish relationships with new and existing customers at all organizational levels, including mid and senior executives
- Understand customers business context, operations, and challenges, and match them with relevant product / services capabilities
- Nurture post-sale relationships to generate follow-up projects and expand account value
- Ensure clients are informed about maintenance/support contract renewals before expiry and drive the renewal process
- Advocate for the companys products and services, offering guidance and training to facilitate product/service adoption
Market & Product Awareness
- Maintain a strong understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate value to customers
- Propose and deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Stay informed about competitor offerings to highlight the advantages of the companys solutions

- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure solutions:
- HPE Servers & Storage or similar
- Networking and security (Cisco, Fortinet)
- Virtualization (VMware)
- Backup & DR (VEEAM)
- Cloud (Azure and hybrid architectures)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales of IT infrastructure solutions, including full sales cycle ownership (from prospecting to closing)
- Demonstrated track record of generating new business and closing enterprise-level deals in Romania
- Hands-on experience with in-person client interactions and on-site meetings
- Experience working with or selling to companies in industries such as: utilities, energy, production, retail, or other sectors with complex IT infrastructures
- Proven ability to navigate technical pre-sales discussions in collaboration with delivery teams
- Experience using a CRM system to track pipeline and sales performance
- Background in working independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., bidding, presales, marketing, delivery, legal)
