Job Description: As a Junior Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business through lead generation, sales support, and upselling activities. You will work closely with the General Manager to assist in sales and account management activities. Your main focus will be on supporting the sales process (70%) while also being involved in upselling opportunities (30%) to ensure client retention and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales:
o Lead Generation & Qualification: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and inbound inquiries. Qualify leads to determine their potential and interest in our software solutions.
o Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our company, products, and services. Schedule meetings for senior sales representatives and follow up on initial outreach to ensure engagement.
o Sales Support & Coordination: Assist senior sales representatives with the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations. Help manage the sales pipeline and keep track of leads in CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
o Product Knowledge & Sales Enablement: Develop in-depth knowledge of our software products and services to confidently communicate their benefits and value propositions to prospects. Act as a resource for the sales team in addressing client queries.
o CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions. Ensure data integrity and effective tracking of sales progress.
Presales & Sales Support:
o Client Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the sales and presales teams to understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor proposals and demos accordingly.
o Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value of our software solutions in relation to their specific business challenges.
o Proposal Generation: Help in the creation of proposals, quotations, and other documentation required for the sales process, ensuring all client requirements are met.
o Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Engage with prospects and existing customers to ensure that their needs are being addressed. Follow up after initial meetings or proposals to move opportunities forward.
Upsell Activity:
o Identify Upsell Opportunities: Work with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities to upsell additional services or software features.
o Cross-selling and Retention: Proactively suggest additional products or services to clients based on their current usage and future goals, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
o Collaborate with General Manager and the suppliers: Work closely with account managers and customer success teams to ensure that upselling efforts align with the clients current and future requirements.
o Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with current customers to identify additional needs or pain points that can be addressed through additional products or features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interest in technology and the software development industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound outreach, and engaging with prospects.
- Basic knowledge of SEAP Platform
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
