Sales Manager/Business Development Manager -   IoT & Energy Efficiency Solutions

(We are recruiting on behalf of a client, a leading provider of IoT and telecom infrastructure solutions.)

About the Role

We are looking for a key team member passionate about hardware and software IoT systems aimed at reducing operational costs and optimizing energy consumption. This role supports the development of the IoT department and the expansion of the client portfolio.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has:

• At least two years of experience in sales within a technical field (automation, energy, telecommunications, IoT)
• A technical background (engineering, automation, telecom, energy)
• A natural talent for customer interaction and a consultative sales approach
• Integrity, proactivity, loyalty, and perseverancevalues that define our clients team
• A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Contact potential clients, present the range of IoT and energy efficiency solutions, prepare offers, and provide sales support
• Maintain customer and project records
• Analyze the competitive landscape and develop sales strategies

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales, ideally in industrial automation, Building Management Systems, or IoT solutions
• Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and experience in market prospecting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Valid driving license (Category B) and availability for business travel
• English at least an intermediate level
