What You Will Do With Us

• You take care of the administration and optimization of client and server environments, e.g. with Intune, Matrix42 or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• You create, test and distribute software packages and ensure that updates are provided reliably.
• With your expertise in scripts such as PowerShell, you will develop clever automation solutions that simplify workflows.
• You analyze and solve problems in endpoint environments and work closely with other teams.
• You are the contact person for our customers, support them with technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of their systems.
• You record all processes and technical details in clear documentation.
  
  

When you are a good fit for us

• You have experience with tools such as Intune, Matrix 42 or comparable endpoint management systems.
• You are confident with operating systems such as Windows and iOS. You have in-depth knowledge of software package creation, for example with MSI, App-V, PSADT, Mac packaging and others. You are also experienced in using scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Ideally, you have already developed an understanding of ITIL processes and managed services.
• You enjoy working in a team, think analytically and demonstrate customer dedication.
• You are willing to travel to Germany regularly for customer projects and you are fluent in German and English.
