Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their needs, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience
• Effectively inform and educate guests about specific wellness concerns.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all services and products offered.
• Provide courteous and timely responses to guest requests.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a high-quality work environment.
• Review clients medical history and ensure appropriate precautions are taken.
• Offer clients information about massage types and wellness therapies.
• Explain massage procedures and product usage (e.g. oils, creams).
• Assist clients in preparing for treatments (e.g. providing gowns, assisting with clothing).
• Co-ordinate with reception team regarding bookings and availability.
• Demonstrate flexibility and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain the highest hygiene standards and cleanliness of spa areas.
• Conduct daily inspections, reporting issues as needed
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel/resort spa environment
• Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality, with strong teamwork capabilities
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong team player mentality
• Recognized qualifications in massage and therapy
