Minimum Requirements:

  • Higher education degree;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative/operational/office management roles;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical company (IT, Software, Hardware, Telecom, etc.);
  • Advanced English language proficiency;
  • Proficient in PC usage (MS Office - intermediate/advanced level);
  • Proactive, self-learning individual with initiative;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to filter information, effectively use resources, and manage priorities within agreed deadlines;
  • Ability to analyze complex information and draw appropriate conclusions;
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong observation skills;
  • Dynamic, positive mindset, resilient under stress;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Willingness and ability to learn new things;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) Nice to Have.

Responsibilities:

  • Verifying primary accounting documents (NIRs, invoices, delivery notes, various reports, monthly accounting file preparation, expense reports, attendance sheets, employment contracts, etc.);
  • Administrative tasks (scanning documents, electronic processing of paperwork) proper archiving of financial-accounting documents and forwarding them to accounting and legal firms, managing document delivery via courier, drafting offers, contracts, orders, meeting minutes, and other documents as per current legislation;
  • Basic maintenance and archiving of employee files and HR documents;
  • Performing payments via internet banking, treasury, and managing banking documents;
  • Maintaining communication with clients and suppliers through email and phone for administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring proper management of all documents related to contracts with partners;
  • Office management, procurement of consumables, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations;
  • Organizing meetings and ensuring proper protocol is followed;
  • Receiving, registering, and distributing documents;
  • Drafting business correspondence, both internal and external, necessary for daily operations;
  • Organizing internal/external meetings (workshops, product presentations, videoconferences, training, visits, etc.);
  • Organizing domestic/international travel and meetings;
  • Updating and maintaining the customer and supplier database;
  • Drafting and organizing various types of documents and offers in both electronic and physical formats in accordance with company standards;
  • Translation and documentation tasks related to the administrative functions of the company.
