Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Technical Lead to support the delivery of a strategic, multi-component program alongside a Business Program Lead. This role will take ownership of the technical architecture and system integrations, ensuring alignment across platforms, components, and stakeholders.

The Technical Lead will serve as the primary liaison for Enterprise Architecture (EA), ensuring that all technical solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with the organizations architectural standards and long-term vision.

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of the programs components, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the program components and the Enterprise Architects
  • Align system architecture decisions with enterprise standards and target architecture.
  • Assess technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and guide teams through complex design challenges.
  • Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and external partners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Oversee interface design and data flow between systems, ensuring interoperability and data integrity.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction throughout the development lifecycle, from planning through to deployment and support.
  • Support the Program Lead by providing architecture-related input for planning, budgeting, governance and risk management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in complex, multi-system environments
  • Strong expertise in system integration, enterprise architecture, and application design.
  • Experience working within or alongside Enterprise Architecture frameworks and teams.
  • Solid understanding of modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, APIs, cloud platforms).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation or multi-vendor environments is a strong advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in complex, multi-system environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in system integration, enterprise architecture, and application design.
  • Experience working within or alongside Enterprise Architecture frameworks and teams.
  • Solid understanding of modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, APIs, cloud platforms).
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, integration of customer facing applications and logistics systems;
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Relevant certifications in architecture or cloud platforms

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation or multi-vendor environments is a strong advantage.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
