Role Overview

The Head of Customer Data & Acquisition is a high-impact leadership role,

responsible for managing and optimizing every paid channel, tracking data

insights, and ensuring campaign profitability. This person will lead the Google

PPC & Search team, Meta PPC (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Email, Push

& SMS teams, and the Data Analyst.

We need a hands-on expert in PPC and Data Analytics who can both craft and

execute strategies, as well as optimize and scale. This role demands deep

expertise in campaign management, conversion optimization, and profitability

analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution:

o Lead Google PPC, Search, Display, Meta PPC (Facebook,

Instagram, WhatsApp) teams.

o Optimize every paid platform to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.

o Ensure a performance-driven approach to budget allocation and

campaign execution.

Data-Driven Performance Optimization:

o Oversee media buying efficiency and optimize acquisition funnels.

o Define, implement, and continuously improve tracking

infrastructure and reporting tools.

o Use data analytics, predictive modeling, and automation to

enhance targeting and efficiency.

Acquisition & Retention through Email, Push & SMS Marketing:

o Drive new customer acquisition and

retention/reactivation strategies equally.

o Ensure automation & AI-driven targeting is fully leveraged to

maximize engagement.

Budget Ownership & Profitability Analysis:

o Responsible for budget allocation and optimization while

collaborating with the COO & CEO.

o Continuously assess input vs. output to ensure every euro invested

generates maximum ROI.

Team Leadership & Growth:

o Lead a team of PPC specialists, media buyers, email, push & SMS

marketers, and a data analyst.

o Restructure, grow, and mentor a high-performance team.

o Create clear performance KPIs and tracking systems to ensure

team accountability.

o Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

o Ensure alignment across departments to maximize efficiency and

effectiveness.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) optimization

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) growth

Customer Retention & Lifetime Value (CLV) improvement

Media campaign conversion rates & CTR optimization

Scaling user acquisition while ensuring profitability

Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years of experience in performance-driven user acquisition.

iGaming experience is a must

Affiliate Marketing expertise

Expertise in PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) & Data Analytics (elimination

criteria).

Strong understanding of user segmentation, profitability analysis, and

predictive modeling.

Hands-on campaign execution experience not just oversight.

Ability to scale acquisition efforts while optimizing CAC and maximizing

LTV.
