The ideal candidate for the Team Assistant role is a people-oriented person, a great communicator, disciplined and well-organized, and an excellent organizer. You will provide office support and assistance to the entire team of our client.

Working agreement
: B2B (SRL or PFA), this role is not available on individual labor contract (CIM).

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all the administrative activities of the office: supplies, cleaning, utilities, equipment maintenance, etc.
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries for colleagues and customers
  • Organizing team events
  • Managing team expenses
  • Coordinating the setup of joiners and leavers (laptops, swag)
  • Managing the office inventory
  • Help in the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Romanian
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, creative, and multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time and tasks correctly
  • Good computer skills (word processors, presentation tools)
  • Outgoing personality
  • Ability to follow long-term objectives
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
