About the job Team Assistant B2B
The ideal candidate for the Team Assistant role is a people-oriented person, a great communicator, disciplined and well-organized, and an excellent organizer. You will provide office support and assistance to the entire team of our client.
Working agreement: B2B (SRL or PFA), this role is not available on individual labor contract (CIM).
Responsibilities:
- Managing all the administrative activities of the office: supplies, cleaning, utilities, equipment maintenance, etc.
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries for colleagues and customers
- Organizing team events
- Managing team expenses
- Coordinating the setup of joiners and leavers (laptops, swag)
- Managing the office inventory
- Help in the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Romanian
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, creative, and multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time and tasks correctly
- Good computer skills (word processors, presentation tools)
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to follow long-term objectives
- Bachelor's degree or higher
