Who are you?

• You identify, evaluate, and implement the need for transformation with the team and/or the client.
• You lead the entire transformation process, from vision to roadmap to execution.
• You act as the key link between developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
• You maintain a clear vision for the team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination from daily operations to delivery.
• You are skilled in engaging with both executive and operational teams, offering actionable recommendations persuasively.
• You have experience in applying technology to address business needs (e.g., PowerBI, Salesforce).
• You are a servant leader, dedicated to helping your team grow.
• You balance a high-level perspective with a deep dive into specific topics when needed.
• You have 7-15 years of experience as a transformation expert.
• You are fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and French.
