Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct economic, financial, or statistical research and analysis to support business strategies.
  • Provide financial modeling input for business cases, costs, and schedules to drive growth.
  • Propose optimization measures, such as stock optimization, S&OP, cost reductions, and process improvements.
  • Organize cycle-counts and annual inventory counts across all locations and record differences in the ERP system.
  • Perform cost-controlling tasks, including standard cost calculation/updates, cost center tracking, and scrap value monitoring.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and business stakeholders to efficiently resolve operational issues.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
  • Provide ad hoc reports, analysis, profitability, and productivity calculations to internal stakeholders.
  • Handle group-wide KPI reporting and ensure accurate performance tracking.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, cost controlling, P&L analysis, and business performance management within a manufacturing company.
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Proficiency in English (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and action-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent team spirit and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
