Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the profitability of the assigned territory. This role involves overseeing commercial contracts, providing technical support, and implementing strategies to enhance business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee client relationships, including presentations, meetings, proposals, offers, reports, contracts, and orders.
  • Ensure maximum profitability for the company through concluded contracts or orders.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate the assigned territory as a profit center.
  • Establish and implement specific sales strategies tailored to each client.
  • Conduct regular visits and meetings with customers, distributors, installers, and car manufacturers.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with new clients.
  • Propose action plans to increase sales and profitability in the designated area.
  • Provide necessary information regarding the company's activity and commercial offers.
  • Offer consulting services and specialized technical support to clients.
  • Execute product promotion activities within company guidelines.
  • Manage sales-purchase contracts related to clients in the portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the ERP system (offers, orders, customer database, meeting minutes, etc.).
  • Submit daily reports regarding activities and interactions with clients.
  • Deliver a high professional level of after-sales services.

Requirements:

  • Category B driving license.
  • Advanced knowledge of English (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of commercial legislation.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in selling electrical products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database programs.
  • Specialization courses in electrical products (preferred).
