We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative who shares our enthusiasm for exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation to customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Actively contact customers to present and promote company products.
• Track and monitor orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Manage customer requests and inquiries through email, chat, WhatsApp, phone, and other channels.
• Process orders in the ERP system and maintain accurate customer data.
• Offer tailored solutions to meet customers' needs and handle feedback across platforms, including social media.

Requirements

• Eager to learn and passionate about meeting customers' needs.
• Enthusiastic, communicative, and skilled in verbal and written Romanian.
• Empathetic and polite, with a keen sense of grammar and attention to detail.
• Friendly, organized, and interested in sales, with a love for customer relations and turf products.
