Product Owner

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and growth of our e-commerce platform and related projects. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the full lifecycle, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Vision:

• Define the long-term product vision and strategy
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Monitor market trends

2. Product Management:

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Set KPIs and monitor product performance
• Plan and coordinate product launches
• Continuously optimize work processes

3. Collaboration and Communication:

• Lead a cross-functional team including developers, designers, QA, and marketing
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships and align their expectations

4. Analysis and Decision-Making:

• Analyze data to inform product decisions
• Conduct and interpret A/B testing
• Evaluate the technical feasibility and business impact of new features

5. Development and Implementation:

• Translate business requirements into clear development objectives for features
• Coordinate planning and development meetings
• Ensure timely launches and meet quality standards
• Test functionalities before launch

6. Documentation and Training:

• Prepare detailed product documentation (development requirements for features)
• Develop training materials for the customer support team
• Write functional specifications and acceptance criteria

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management (Product Manager/Product Owner), ideally in e-commerce
• Proven experience leading complex software development projects
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and technologies used in e-commerce
• Excellent analytical skills and experience using data analysis tools
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships with both technical and business teams
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
