Job brief

We are seeking an Application & Integration Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for our internal ERP and CRM systems, assist end-users, and actively contribute to integration and automation projects using the Boomi platform. The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and a desire to improve business processes through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support for ERP Mesonic WinLine and CRM CAS genesisWorld.Offer general support for internal business applications (e.g., Office 365, Jira, proprietary tools).
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement and integrate applications via the Boomi platform.
  • Design, test, and document integration flows and application enhancements.
  • Work closely with non-technical users to understand and resolve requests.
  • Participate in automation and digitalization initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation including technical processes and workflows.
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of business-critical applications.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or business application role.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally Mesonic WinLine.
  • Experience supporting CRM systems, preferably CAS genesisWorld or similar.
  • Exposure to integration platforms such as Boomi (API, ETL, or EDI projects a plus).
  • Strong understanding of IT fundamentals: Windows, Office 365, basic networking, SQL databases (intermediate level).
  • Ability to interpret business processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with non-technical users.
