About the Company

The business develops, manufactures and markets highly reliable standard and semi-standard high-power platform solution for demanding requirements in laser, semi-conductor manufacturing equipment and analytical applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception of goods;
  • Redirecting received materials to quality inspection;
  • Repackaging and storing materials in containers and predefined storage locations;
  • Preparing warehouse materials for production orders, according to picking lists;
  • Supporting production colleagues by providing raw material and consumables;
  • Packaging final products, including accessories relevant to the order;
  • Organising internal warehouse, and managing the section of the warehouse dedicated to hazardous materials;
  • Ensuring deliveries by courier or shipping company to customers/collaborators;
  • Keeping internal database accurate and up to date;
  • Archiving documents relevant to the management of materials and products.

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education;
  • Availability for moderate physical effort;
  • ISCIR authorization for the use of the forklift and the pallet truck;
  • Previous experience in logistics/or storage activities;
  • Experience using enterprise resource planning systems, preferably WMS and SAP;
  • Experience in using MS-Office, Word and Excel;
  • Attention to detail, independence, ability to work in teams when needed, multitasking, adaptability;
  • Spoken and written English communication skills intermediate level (an advantage).
