Role Overview

As a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will guide enterprise and public sector clients through their cloud HR transformation journeys. You will be involved in all project stages, from planning and implementation to go-live and post-launch optimization, ensuring scalable and modern HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on digital HR transformation with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to architect integrated, scalable HR IT solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Facilitate client workshops, conduct requirements analysis, perform feasibility studies, and lead system testing efforts.

  • Deliver impactful presentations and live system demonstrations; support proposal development and client engagement.

  • Continuously monitor innovations across the SAP SuccessFactors suite to enhance project outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle SAP SF Employee Central implementations.

  • Strong configuration skills and deep functional knowledge of SF EC.

  • Solid grasp of contemporary HR processes and strategies for process improvement.

  • SAP SF EC Application Associate Certification required.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, SAP HCM, and integration scenarios with SF EC.
