Collaboration is through an employment contract (CIM).

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Engage with end-users to understand their challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Process Improvement
  • Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
  • Identify gaps in existing reporting systems and suggest enhancements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Marketing, to deliver relevant insights.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and senior management, effectively communicating complex data concepts.
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting processes, standards, and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a reporting or data-focused role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong understanding of database management and querying languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders.
