Project Manager / Product Owner Consultant

Their focus is on helping clients define a realistic vision and then plan and implement that vision through solid roadmap design and execution. Who you are:

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in driving business transformation by meaningfully connecting people, processes, data, and technology.
• You operate as a hybrid Product OwnerProject Manager who excels at turning business needs into clear, actionable roadmaps.
• You're proactive you don't wait for instructions. You see what needs to be done and take the initiative.
• You can break down complex goals into achievable steps and ensure value is delivered with each milestone.
• You create clarity through strong governance, smart planning, and lean execution practice skeeping teams focused and on track.
• You introduce structure without slowing things down, using LEAN techniques like visualization, fact-based decision-making, and continuous improvement.
• You're an excellent communicator whether aligning stakeholders, leading team sessions, or presenting to executives.
• You're confident managing cross-functional teams and empowering others to succeed. You lead with empathy and by example.
• You balance strategic vision with attention to detail, managing risks, dependencies, and capacity while zooming in when needed.
• You have experience setting up and leading portfolio reviews, tracking KPIs, and transforming data into actionable insights.
• You enjoy working closely with both technical and business teams, turning needs into clear priorities and driving delivery.
• Youre curious about technology and its impact, and youre always eager to learn.
