Senior Back-End Engineer

General Summary:

As a Software Engineer for our Edgewise platform, you will design, develop, create, modify, and validate cloud edge software and applications that help the worlds tier-1 cellular network operators with network automation and optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S.c. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in software development using Java.

As a Software Engineer for our Edgewise platform, you will:

• Work with a group of talented engineers providing innovative solutions to Cellular Networks problems.
• Design and implement complex algorithms.
• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems.

Preferred Qualifications and Technical Experience -What you will bring:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing complex algorithms and architectures using Java.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with micro-services architecture.
• Experience working with big data applications using advanced SQL capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to have:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working with Vertica or other column oriented databases.
• Experience building optimizations and analytics modules.
