Role Overview:

The Head of Social Media will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact social strategies that align with our brand, organic traffic goals, and paid efforts. This role is 70% execution & coordination and 30% strategic development alongside the Head of Content & Creative.

This is not a standard social media role, we need someone who understands social infiltration tactics, AI-driven content automation, and community activation, ensuring that our social presence is both engaging and strategically embedded in user behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Growth:
    • Define and implement growth-focused social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp while investigating and testing Telegram, Reddit, and existing casino-related communities.
    • Align organic content efforts with paid social strategies to maximize audience reach and conversion potential.
    • Identify, test, and scale social engineering tactics to infiltrate online gaming communities without appearing promotional.
  • Engagement & Community Building:
    • Oversee community activation and encourage user-generated content & viral trends.
    • Develop strategies to engage in existing online communities, ensuring organic brand presence.
    • Use AI-driven sentiment analysis & predictive analytics to optimize engagement tactics.
  • Influencer & Video Content Coordination:
    • Manage and optimize influencer collaborations to increase brand credibility and reach.
    • Oversee video content strategy & execution in collaboration with the content & design teams.
    • Integrate AI-powered content creation tools to enhance efficiency in social media production.
  • Automation & AI Integration:
    • Implement AI-driven content generation workflows for fast, efficient production.
    • Oversee the deployment of chatbots & automated engagement tools to enhance social presence.
    • Utilize AI for predictive analytics & engagement forecasting.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

7+ years experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
Experience in iGaming is preferred, but strong social media expertise is a must.
Deep expertise in content virality, social engagement strategies, and automation.
Strong understanding of AI-driven content generation, chatbots, and predictive analytics.
Proven experience in community infiltration & organic audience growth strategies.
Ability to work cross-functionally with paid media, content, and influencer teams.
