About the company

Our client, a well-established organization in the Green Energy industry, is looking for a Site Manager to oversee the construction of sites national and international. 

Key Responsibilities

• Trains, organizes, and coordinates the activities of subordinate personnel at the assigned construction site.
• Continuously monitors the quality of execution.
• Organizes and coordinates activities at the worksite where responsible: managing materials on the site.
• Coordinates teams of workers and ensures compliance with labor protection standards and health and safety regulations.
• Strictly adheres to execution technologies and deadlines.
• Responsible for the proper use of machinery at the construction site.
• Prepares technical documentation (attendance records, work reports, etc.).

Requirements

• Availability for constant travel.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• A valid category B driving license is required (other categories are an advantage).
• Computer skills and internet usage knowledge.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Completed secondary education graduation from a technical school.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
