These range from basic machine interfaces to advanced applications, branding, and complex networking solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales and Training/Installations Specialist to join our European team. The ideal candidate will have proven sales expertise combined with strong technical skills, enabling them to effectively promote and install their diverse product range. This role requires proficiency in at least two European languages, with advanced English as essential, and a willingness to travel extensively within the EU and occasionally to North America or Asia.

Location:
Remote (within Europe), with travel requirements

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Development:

o Drive sales efforts across all company verticals: laundry, vending, amusements, car wash, integration, and coffee.

o Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

o Customize sales strategies to meet the specific needs of diverse market segments.

· Technical Training and Installations:

o Oversee the installation and technical setup of products at client sites, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction.

o Provide comprehensive training to clients on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

o Develop and update training materials and documentation.

· Client Support and Integration:

o Collaborate with clients to integrate our solutions into their existing systems.

o Offer ongoing technical support and resolve any issues that arise post-installation.

o Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous product improvement.

· Travel and Presence:

o Travel extensively within the EU for sales, installations, and client visits.

o Attend trade shows and represent the company at industry events.

o Occasionally visit company offices in Canada, Florida, or China as required.

· Communication and Coordination:

o Maintain regular communication with internal teams across time zones, adapting to Eastern Standard Time (EST) for meetings.

o Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align customer needs with product offerings.

Qualifications:

o Strong technical acumen with experience in installations and product training.

o Proven track record in sales, with the ability to drive revenue and achieve targets.

o Proficiency in at least two European languages, including advanced English; a third language is highly desirable.

o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

o Willingness to travel frequently within the EU and occasionally overseas.

o Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities effectively.

o Flexibility to participate in online meetings during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
