About our client

Our client is a Swiss-Romanian software engineering and consulting company specialized in building intelligent software automation solutions. With a dynamic and collaborative team and over 50 years of combined experience within the leadership group, they are focused on delivering top-notch results to their clients. They're currently building a Business Intelligence team and are looking for data-passionate Power Platform Developers to join them on this journey.

What youll do

• Develop and deploy high-quality Power BI dashboards

• Identify relevant business stories based on data insights and user needs

• Design clean, user-friendly dashboards following UX/UI best practices

• Implement Power Apps and Power Automate (Cloud Flows) business applications

• Document and design technical solutions with clarity and structure

• Follow development standards and best practices for robust, scalable solutions

• Proactively estimate, plan, and manage your tasks

• Communicate risks and open questions clearly and in a timely manner

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Power Platform ecosystem

• Collaborate with and mentor less experienced team members

• Review solution architecture and code when necessary

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions

• Deploy, monitor, and manage developed solutions

What were looking for

• Strong experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate

• Solid understanding of data analysis and visualization principles

• Eye for design and UX when creating dashboards and apps

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Willingness to contribute to and improve internal processes and best practices

• Passion for continuous learning and professional development
