Senior .NET Developer / Romania (full remote /B2B)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join a global engineering team working on high-impact projects. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, secure enterprise-level applications using modern technologies. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including Product, UX, and Project Management throughout the entire product lifecycle.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll shape architecture decisions, drive technical excellence, and work closely with stakeholders. The role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to projects for international brands.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing new features using .NET Core
• Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and product owners
• Participating in code reviews and development process enhancements
• Troubleshooting and resolving platform issues
• Staying updated with the latest .NET Core trends and tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience with .NET Core (.NET 6/8) and strong proficiency in C#
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Experience with DevOps, pipelines, and release processes (ideally using Azure DevOps)
• Proficiency in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Familiarity with cloud computing (preferably Azure)
• Experience with messaging systems such as Azure Service Bus
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures
• Experience working with distributed, fault-tolerant systems
• API integration experience (internal and external)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)

Nice to Have:

• Kubernetes (preferably Azure Kubernetes Services)
• Azure storage technologies
• Monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Azure Insights)
• Experience documenting architectural decisions
