As part of their expansion, we are currently recruiting a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will be instrumental in optimizing, automating, and future-proofing the company's technology infrastructure. This is a key role focused on maximizing performance, scalability, and innovation.

Role Overview

The CTO will take ownership of the company's IT infrastructure, AI integration, and automation strategies. The position involves 70% hands-on execution and workflow optimization, and 30% strategic planning and innovation.

This role will have a significant impact on infrastructure design, AI-driven systems, development processes, and website performance, while also supporting SEO and content operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in senior IT/Tech leadership roles (ideally in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or managing large-scale web environments).

• Full-stack development background with strong hands-on coding and technical expertise.

• Expertise in AI & automation, including AI-driven optimization and workflow tools.

• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure, server optimization, and site performance enhancement.

• Understanding of website scalability, traffic growth strategies, and data integration.

• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and ability to oversee related efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Workflow Optimization

• Consolidate and optimize cloud/server strategy for scalability and cost efficiency.

• Implement high-availability systems to support international traffic growth.

• Ensure best-in-class web core vitals and UX performance.

AI & Automation Integration

• Lead the design and execution of AI automation across departments.

• Identify continuous AI/ML opportunities to boost productivity.

• Oversee implementation of AI-driven data analytics tools.

Website Performance & Development

• Ensure efficient and high-performing front-end and back-end workflows.

• Improve core website metrics (speed, uptime, responsiveness).

• Facilitate collaboration between IT, SEO, and content teams.

Data Infrastructure

• Design scalable data infrastructure for affiliate tracking and analytics.

• Enhance real-time data flow and reporting accuracy.

• Set data reliability and security standards.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Collaborate with external specialists to safeguard infrastructure.

• Guide on key aspects like DDoS mitigation, fraud prevention, and audits.

Leadership & Team Management

• Restructure and optimize the tech team for high output.
