Who are you:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in managing accounting and payroll administration.
- You have a solid understanding of local regulations and operations best practices.
- You like to keep things simple while showing strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
- You are a fluent communicator who can bring people together.
What do we expect:

- You take care of the financial operations of the company:
- You are responsible for maintaining the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- You process the accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- You prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- You do the monthly financial preparation for the external accounting company.
- You assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and monitor performance against these budgets.
- You manage the relationship with our local suppliers.
- You coordinate the business trips between all HazelHeartwood entities.
- You handle all activities related to payroll administration:
- You ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits.
- You draft contract proposals for new joiners and ensure a smooth onboarding from an administrative point-of-view.
- You ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and laws, including tax filings, labor laws, and employment standards.
- You are the point-of-contact for all employees whenever they have questions regarding their payslip, benefits and compensations etc.
- You ensure that we have sufficient internal quality checks in place and are compliant with all regulations:
- You establish and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and payroll records.
- You prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of information.
- You identify opportunities for improving accounting and payroll processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- You have a heart for people, and you go the extra mile to make sure your colleagues are well taken care of.
- You take care of our office environment: ordering supplies, managing insurance and rental contract etc.
