About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding market presence by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and driving sales for ERP, BI, and CRM platforms. Your expertise in asset financing and consumer credit solutions will be essential in delivering tailored financial software solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify prospective clients in local and international markets through research and prospecting.
  • Apply demand generation tactics to connect with asset financing and consumer credit firms.

Consultative Lead Qualification

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams.
  • Conduct in-depth discussions to understand prospects' key business challenges.
  • Assess their ERP needs and evaluate alignment with available solutions.

Pipeline Building & Progression

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship-building to progress leads to closure.

Preparing Commercial Proposals

  • Create tailored offers based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate the proposal and negotiation process until the contract is signed.

Managing the Sales Cycle

  • Handle the sales pipeline to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for product demonstrations and implementations.

Industry & Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of five years of experience in software sales for financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial sector regulations, leasing, and consumer credit processes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, BI, or risk management applications.
  • Expertise in identifying client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
