About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to join our AI transformation team. In this role, you will partner with clients to explore, prototype, and define the future of AI within their organizations. You will work at the intersection of technology and strategy rapidly building proof-of-concepts, experimenting with LLMs and agentic frameworks, and translating innovation into a clear AI roadmap.
This is not a production engineering role. Instead, you will focus on ideation, prototyping, and strategic advisory, helping clients understand the potential of AI and shaping their journey toward adoption. Success in this role requires deep technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements on AI innovation, guiding organizations in identifying high-impact opportunities.
• Prototype advanced AI solutions, with emphasis on intelligent agents, LLMs, and generative AI.
• Leverage leading tools and platforms, including Dataiku, Snowflake Intelligence, LangChain and LangGraph, to accelerate ideation and experimentation.
• Define and communicate AI vision and roadmaps, translating prototypes into clear strategic directions for client development teams.
• Advise on best practices and emerging trends in AI, ensuring solutions are ethical, transparent, and future-proof.
• Collaborate closely with clients leadership and product stakeholders, bridging business challenges with AI opportunities in collaboration with our data translators and functional analysts.
• Mentor and coach junior AI Engineers and Data Scientists on rapid experimentation, prototyping, and agent-based architectures.

Key Requirements

• Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a solid understanding of software engineering best practices in general.Experience in a consulting role is a plus.
• Proven track record delivering GenAI solutions across diverse use cases, including work with LLMs, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, embeddings, and agent-based systems
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL-based ecosystems.
• Hands on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases, familiarity with platforms like Hugging Face, Dataiku, and Snowflake Intelligence is a plus
• Familiarity with agentic infrastructure such as MCP with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML and scalable model infrastructure
  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and machine learning development tools (e.g., Jupyter, VS Code).
• Practical experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning and embedding-based workflows.
• Strong consulting and communication skills able to explain complex AI concepts to business leaders and influence decision-making.
• Experience guiding technical direction and shaping client AI strategies.
• Proaciveness to learn and research, staying on top of the emerging techniques and tools in ML, AI, and GenAI, and proposing ways to integrate them into our work.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (or higher).
