You'll Own
- Full-cycle sales for 6-7 figure deals (HR, L&D, and Higher Ed buyers).
- Strategic partnerships with C-suite leaders (CHROs, VPs of Talent).
- Pipeline generation + consultative selling positioning us as the antidote to boring training.
- Collaboration with Product/Marketing to refine pricing and expansion plays.
You Bring
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with proven enterprise wins
- Vertical expertise: HR Tech, L&D, or EdTech (strong preference).
- Startup DNA: You thrive in scale-up mode equal parts strategist and hunter.
