Construction Superintendent 

Location: Raleigh, NC

Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multi-family residential projects from start to finish. You'll lead site operations, manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities 

• Manage day-to-day site operations for multifamily residential projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Maintain communication with project managers, and stakeholders
• Proactively solve on-site issues to keep projects on track

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a superintendent in multifamily construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
