Our client, a reputable manufacturing company in Medicine Hat, AB, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of industrial machinery by performing maintenance and repairs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, with a focus on preventive measures to minimize downtime.
• Apply mechanical maintenance troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Replace or repair faulty machine parts and rebuild components as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery.
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards in all work activities.
• Collaborate with the production team to support operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Previous safety training is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Proficiency in using power and manual tools.
• Basic computer skills and math proficiency.
