Our client, a growing national leader in its industry with plant operations across Canada & Europe, is seeking an HR Generalist responsible for all aspects of human resources within their production facility in Montreal.
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment including posting ads, screening candidates, and conducting new hire orientations.
- Administer payroll.
- Manage scheduling.
- Address employee HR-related issues.
- Handle WCB claims.
Education, Qualifications, and Skills:
- 1+ years experience in HR within a production environment.
- CHRP/CHRL designation or working towards it is an asset.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual (English and French) is preferred.
