As our operations scale rapidly across our new Ho Chi Minh City corporate office and our high-capacity Binh Duong manufacturing facility, we are expanding our team across multiple levels.
We are looking for a sharp, agile, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for our critical back-office functions, focusing heavily on mid-to-senior level appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Own the full talent acquisition lifecycle for back-office divisions (Finance, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, and Executive Search), ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Senior-Level Headhunting: Proactively source, attract, and engage passive mid-to-senior level professionals through advanced LinkedIn sourcing, networking, and industry mapping.
- Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Department Heads and Executive Leadership to deeply understand workforce planning, calibrate role requirements, and advise on market talent availability.
- Process Optimization: Streamline interview pipelines, design objective assessment frameworks, and ensure a data-informed approach to hiring metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador for Transformer Robotics in the local market, communicating our unique value proposition to top-tier talent.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated recruitment experience, either in-house or within a reputable search agency.
- Track Record: Proven success in closing corporate back-office roles and a strong track record of successful placements at the mid-to-senior manager level.
- Sourcing Capability: Master of direct sourcing techniques, behavioral interviewing frameworks, and leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent professional English (both written and spoken) is required to effectively screen international candidates and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Location & Flexibility: Able to work out of our Ho Chi Minh City office or Binh Duong facility, with the flexibility to align with both corporate and manufacturing team dynamics.
