About the Role

TFS Australia is based in Sydney with offices in Brisbane and Melbourne. The team is looking for an on-site IT Operations staff to support our business and its systems in the Sydney CBD area. You will have the opportunity to interact with a wide array of technology which includes PCs, tablet devices, server systems, network infrastructure and voice platforms. Although this is an entry level/junior position, it is a role that has significant growth opportunities.

Successful candidate will:

• Perform daily IT operational tasks supporting a fast & dynamic office environment
• PC support for general Microsoft OS, M365, and office applications
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
• Collaborating with regional team across our business to ensure a smooth & successful outcome for end users

Requirements

• Ideally at least 2 years of related working experience
• Tertiary education (or technical diploma)
• Knowledge of the IT service management workflow, PC support & troubleshooting skills
• On-site position in Sydney CBD area
• Basic network LAN switching skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility in handling unusual situations (overtime or adjusting work schedules) to accommodate out-of-the-ordinary circumstances
