Key Responsibilities:

Job Scheduling & Coordination

  • Load, assign, and monitor new jobs based on urgency and priority
  • Coordinate with field workers to ensure smooth scheduling and real-time updates
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of timesheets
  • Follow up on job progress and update relevant systems or team members

Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and contractors
  • Organize and maintain clean, up-to-date email inboxes and records
  • Prepare and manage job documentation, spreadsheets, and reporting
  • Provide general support to the leadership team as needed

Social Media & Brand Management

  • Maintain and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Monitor and respond to Google reviews, encouraging client feedback
  • Assist in basic website content updates and ensure online information is current
  • Collaborate on branding initiatives as the business scales and prepares for franchising

  • Confident in communicating with team members, contractors, and clients

Preferred Experience:

  • High-volume data entry and coordination
  • Experience using job scheduling, Fergus or CRM tools
  • Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, content calendars)
  • Familiarity with basic website editing tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar)
  • Prior experience in a service-based or maintenance industry is a plus
