TGY Trade Virtual Assistants Opc is a rapidly growing company that provides virtual assistant services to businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our clients remotely. This is a freelance position, with the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Email and Communication Management-Sorting and responding to emails. Managing and organizing email inboxes. Filtering and prioritizing messages.
  • Calendar and Schedule Management- Scheduling appointments and meetings. Sending reminders for upcoming events. Coordinating and updating calendars.
  • Customer Support- Responding to customer inquiries. Providing support and assistance to clients.
  • Leads Generation- Utilize various channels to generate leads, including online platforms, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective lead generation strategies.
  • Data Entry and File Management -Inputting data into databases or spreadsheets. Organizing and maintaining databases. Ensuring data accuracy.
  • Administrative Support- Handling paperwork and documentation. Drafting and editing documents. Managing and updating contact lists.
  • Travel Arrangements- Making travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels. Creating itineraries for business trips.
  • Online Research and Market Analysis- Conducting online research for various topics. Compiling information and preparing reports.
  • Social Media Management- Posting updates on social media platforms. Responding to comments and messages.
    Basic Web Design- Design and create visually appealing and intuitive websites.
  • Basic Graphic Design- Creating simple graphics for presentations or social media. Editing images as needed.
  • Project Management- Coordinating and managing projects. Keeping track of project timelines and milestones.
  • Virtual Meeting Coordination- Scheduling and setting up virtual meetings. Managing online meeting platforms.
  • Bookkeeping and Expense Tracking- Keeping track of expenses and receipts. Basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Documentation and Reporting- Organise and maintain digital files and documentation. Prepare reports and summaries based on gathered information.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Implement security measures to safeguard confidential data.
  • Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks- Assist in various administrative tasks as needed. Handle miscellaneous requests and duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Knowledge in the Building and Construction industry is a plus
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
