Position: Operations Admin for Construction Business

Location: Remote, Permanent work from anywhere!

Employment Type: Part-time and Full-time positions available

Rate: 25,000-35,000 PHP

Schedule: MORNING SHIFT, Weekdays, Permanent Weekends OFF!


We are looking for Trade Virtual Assistants!

If you are a virtual assistant or remote admin with prior work experience with Building Contractors, Real Estate Property Maintenance, Landscaping, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Plumbing, Painting, Electrical Works, Carpentry, Handyman Services, Manufacturing, HVAC, Stonemasonry and other related service based businesses, THIS JOB IS FOR YOU!


Key Responsibilities (can be any or all of the following):

- Manage and maintain client records, including contracts, invoices, and other important documents

- Coordinate with clients and contractors to schedule appointments and meetings

- Monitor project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion

- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports

- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and contractors

- Prepare and distribute project progress reports

- Prepare quote, tender and proposals

- Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects

- Assist with creating and updating project proposals and presentations

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project operations

- Maintain social media accounts 

- CRM/Software management 

- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- At least senior high school diploma or equivalent, graduate of engineering and architecture is an advantage

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry

- Experience in working remotely who can provide their OWN EQUIPMENTS 

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Experience with project management or job management software is a plus.
