We're Hiring: Construction Project Coordinator (Buildxact Experience Preferred)
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere!)
Job Type: Part-Time | Permanent Morning Shift (Monday-Friday)
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in construction coordination and Buildxact? Join our growing team and help drive smooth, efficient project delivery across our residential and commercial builds.
What You'll Be Doing:

Sending out requests for quotes and purchase orders to trades via Buildxact

Coordinating material deliveries using build schedules

Chasing up contractors and suppliers for certification and documentation

Following up on outstanding quotes

Setting up job estimates for estimators in Buildxact

Providing weekly job updates to clients

Confirming ITPs are submitted and each job stage meets standards

Handling general administrative tasks to support the project team
What We're Looking For:

Experience with Buildxact or similar construction software

Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

Background in construction admin, estimating, or coordination

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Self-motivated team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
