About the Role

TradeBeyond provides a supply chain IT solution platform that goes beyond a traditional Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution for large retail corporations. We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our global organization to drive our product vision, roadmap and architecture, as well as to advise clients on adoption of our technology solution. The ideal candidate will bring experience leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions for large retail corporations, as well as experience leading and guiding solution architects and consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and authority over business solution blueprint and integration architecture design, interacting with and advising client SME's on related topics.

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions for large retail corporations using TradeBeyond's platform, challenging the status quo and bringing innovative solutions to the table.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, integration and technical specifications.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to other solution architects and consultants.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure TradeBeyond's solutions remain competitive and market relevant.

• Effectively work in a global organization with people from different cultures and parts of the world, leveraging this diversity to drive innovation and new perspectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise solutions (e.g. ERP's or other enterprise systems) for large retail corporations.

• Experience managing software product vision, roadmap and architecture is essential.

• Strong experience in leading and mentoring solution architects and consultants.

• Extensive experience with cloud-based architectures and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, patterns, and best practices.

• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills.

• Self- motivated, taking initiative and sharing innovative ideas.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Business acumen and domain knowledge in retail supply chain management is an asset.
