About the Role
Leading and managing post-sale customer solutions, implementations, delivery services on a global scale, the Asia Head of Professional Service will oversee a sizeable professional service organization located in Hong Kong and Asia countries. This role is accountable for developing the best-in-class professional services practice to continuously delight our customers and optimize operational excellence.
Reporting to the CEO, the Asia Head of Professional Service will take the lead in transforming customer experiences, scaling operations, driving business growth and improving the operating margin. Externally, this role will also engage with senior key stakeholders of customers to help them navigate change management and adoption challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardized best practices for client service, including solution implementation, communication strategies, expectation management and ensure adherence via effective training and coaching programs.
- Co-work with sales teams to develop client management strategy and efficient implementation plans on complicated / strategic implementation projects.
- Acting as the face of the company to cultivate strong relationship with senior executives and key stakeholders with customer for driving successful implementation and establishing long term collaboration.
- Build the sales enablement capabilities and mindsets of the professional services team to maximize revenue by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services through their daily work interactions with the customers.
- Oversee Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Asia Professional Services organization to achieve topline financial target growth and operating margin improvement.
- Strengthen team culture by setting high bar on performance metrics and putting in best practice to recruit, retain, train, coach, and inspire team members.
Requirements
- Prior solid experience leading enterprise software implementations within the technology or enterprise software industry. Proven ability in rapidly acquiring in-depth domain knowledge and mastering the new enterprise SaaS solutions as a managing consultant.
