About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead multi-streams of engineering teams . In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development:

· Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support continuous growth.

Technical Guidance:

· Oversee the technical direction of the assigned squads, ensuring best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.

· Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.

· Agile Methodologies:

Implement and promote Agile practices , ensuring effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.

· Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and manage expectations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and Professional Services, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on squad performance and project status.

Cultivate Technical Excellence:

· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

· Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress, fostering a supportive environment for innovation.




Requirements

· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a management role.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript.

· Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, Angular) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Proven ability to influence and drive results in a cross-functional environment.

2、识别并排除影响团队进度的障碍,营造支持创新的工作环境。

任职要求:

1、计算机科学、工程或相关专业本科以上学历。

2、8年以上软件工程经验,其中至少3年担任管理职务。

3、深入理解敏捷方法论,并具备领导敏捷团队的经验。

4、熟练掌握如Java、Python、JavaScript等编程语言。

5、具备Web技术经验(如HTML, CSS, React, Angular)及云平台使用经验(如AWS、Azure、谷歌云等)。

6、熟悉持续集成/持续部署工具(如Jenkins、GitLab CI)和版本控制系统(如Git)。
