About the Role

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our global sales enablement, designing systems and processes that empower our sales team to close deals faster, forecast accurately, and scale efficiently in a complex B2B SaaS business scenario.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end sales workflows: lead-to-opportunity routing, opportunity lifecycle management, and quote-to-cash automation.
  • Implement and enforce sales playbooks, ensuring alignment with customer lifecycle stages and visualization for lead/opportunity follow-up progress.
  • Reduce sales cycle time through bottleneck analysis and CRM-driven automation.
  • Evaluate and deploy sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Clari, DocuSign) to streamline workflows.
  • Build real-time dashboards tracking KPIs: win rates, ACV (Annual Contract Value), pipeline coverage, and rep productivity.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting using historical trends and predictive modeling.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of lost deals and churn risks.
  • Design onboarding programs for new hires, including CRM, process, and product training.
  • Partner with Sales VP to align sales metrics, compensation models, and SPIFFs to drive target behaviors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS Sales process and metrics
  • Proven ability to manage pipelines and forecasting and improve sales productivity.
  • Expertise in CRM tool (HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (Gong, DocuSign)
  • Expertise in sales analytics tools: Excel/Sheets, Tableau
  • Strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills with marketing, sales, customer success and finance team
